Please Note: These blends are highly concentrated. They are not diluted by any product they are to be added to water, hydrosol etc., and their power is actually increased the more they are diluted. Less is more. You do not want to use too heavy a hand and be overwhelmed. When diffused these blends are healing not only to you but to all around you. You can add a drop of a blend to a bowl of water (or a fountain) and place it near your bedside while you sleep, on your desk or in the center of the room where you will be walking around. The drop of oil will float on the water and extend across the surface increasing its evaporation rate

CAUTION: Uttati’s essential oils are very potent and should never be taken internally. Although essential oils are used in minute quantities, some individuals may experience allergic reactions to them. To test, apply a minute amount to the skin on the top of the hand between the thumb and the index finger or to the skin just below the elbow. In the event of an adverse reaction, apply vegetal oil such as canola or olive, then wash with cold water
